Norton Simon Museum
The Norton Simon Museum is home to one of the world’s most remarkable private art collections ever assembled, including works by Manet, Monet, Renoir, and Degas. Over a 30-year period, the industrialist Norton Simon (1907–1993) amassed an impressive group of European masterworks from the Renaissance to the 20th century, and a stellar collection of South and Southeast Asian art spanning 2,000 years.

Arrive at the beautiful Ambassador Auditorium, around the corner from Old Town Pasadena, check in with your seats, greet your friends, and enjoy the centerpiece of the evening: Stravinsky’s monumental Rite of Spring!

CVYO is the premier youth orchestra in the Ventura County area, with students from ages 5 to college participating in our five performance ensembles. The California Young Artists Symphony is CVYO’s sister organization, comprised of the finest college and graduate student musicians in Southern California from the best college and conservatory programs in the area. Several current and past CVYO students are members of CYAS. CYAS concerts showcase the highest level of artistry and we encourage all CVYO students and members of the community to experience these amazing young artists firsthand.
